GEORGIA -- After hearing evidence with neither President Barack Obama nor his lawyers in attendance, a state administrative law judge on Thursday did not issue a ruling as to whether Obama can be allowed on the state ballot in November. Lawyers for area residents mounting "birther" challenges told Deputy Chief Judge Michael Malihi that Obama should be found in contempt of court for not appearing when under subpoena to do so.

GEORGIA -- About two weeks ago, a judge in Georgia did what many judges had refused to. Michael Malihi, Deputy Chief Judge of the Administrative Court in Georgia, ruled in four eligibility cases that Obama's motion to dismiss is denied. This means that Obama will have to stand trial and prove his eligibility for office.
In all four cases, Obama is represented by high-powered attorney Michael Jablonski, the General Counsel for the Democratic Party of Georgia. Jablonski promptly filed a motion for Obama to not appear at the first hearing scheduled for next Thursday, January 26, 2012. But that motion is denied by Judge Michael !!!

But the FEC's pending decision won't be the last word on the constitutional issue of whether someone born outside the U.S. can be president.
Hassan was born in the South American country in 1974, and he asked the FEC in July whether he could raise funds as a candidate for president.

After the near crash, Onyango Obama, 67, told Officer Val Krishtal that Krishtal should have yielded to his Mitsubishi SUV, according to a report filed yesterday in Framingham District Court.
Obama failed several field sobriety tests and was arrested. At the police station, Obama failed a Breathalyzer test, registering .14. The state legal limit is .08. Obama has a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement warrant for his arrest. ICE has previously ordered him to be deported back to Kenya.

I am in possession of an email dated Feb 3, 2010 in which Ms. Okubo stated that the certificate numbers were assigned by the State Registrar and only in the main DoH office located on Oahu (Honolulu).

U.S.A. -- Our investigation of the purported Obama birth certificate released by Hawaiian authorities today reveals the document is a shoddily contrived hoax. Infowars.com computer specialists dismissed the document as a fraud soon after examining it.
Upon first inspection, the document appears to be a photocopy taken from state records and printed on official green paper. However, when the government released PDF is taken into the image editing program Adobe Illustrator, we discover a number of separate elements that reveal the document is not a single scan on paper, as one might surmise. Elements are placed in layers or editing boxes over the scan and green textured paper, which is to say the least unusual.

WASH D.C. -- This is what we know so far. We get more info on Jean Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, had CT SSN obtained in 1976 and died in HI around 1981. There are 2 SS numbers for him and records show him dying in 2 different states: CA and HI around 1981.
The reason this is important, is because there is a similar fact pattern to Obama. Barack Obama is residing today in the White House, using CT SS number 042-68-4425, issued in CT in and around March 1977 to an elderly individual named John Paul Ludwig, who was born in 1890, who is presumed dead and whose death was either never reported to the SS administration or reported and deleted from the database by someone.

U.S.A. -- The Social Security Administration publishes a data file called the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) containing the Social Security Numbers of all deceased Social Security registrants. A number of web sites provide copies of the SSDI that you can search for free, such as the one at Ancestry.com.
Now I am not going to assert what the President's Social Security Number is, but the number that is being batted around as belonging to the "person born 119 years ago" is reported on some web sites as xxx-xx-4425 and others as 042-68-xxxx. If you type any of the suggested numbers into the SSDI search page, you find no records–meaning that either this is not an issued Social Security Number or that the registrant is still living. I looked up the record of my late father who died in November 2009 and it was there.

PHOENIX -- The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for re-election. The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote.
It would require U.S. presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the constitutional requirements to be president. WASH D.C. -- Republican gubernatorial candidate and U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal says he wants the president to prove he is an American citizen. Deal says he has "no reason to think" that President Barack Obama is not a legal U.S. citizen but enough questions have been raised that he plans to write a letter to the president asking him to produce a birth certificate showing he was born in the United States.
"I have looked at the documentation that is publicly available and it leaves many things to be desired," Deal said in an interview Friday.
Deal's statement came a day after he noted in an online chat that he would join other U.S. House members in writing the president and asking that he release a copy of his birth certificate. The position is a reversal for Deal. In the past, he has said he was assured that Obama was born in Hawaii two years after it became a state, and therefore was fully qualified to be president. Friday, Deal indicated his change of heart was the result of continued questions about Obama's citizenship. He stopped short of saying he was a proponent of the so-called "birthers" movement that has questioned the legitimacy of Obama's citizenship.

The president had promised to end the ban before the end of the year. �If we want to be a global leader in combating H.I.V./AIDS, we need to act like it,� Mr. Obama said. �Now, we talk about reducing the stigma of this disease, yet we�ve treated a visitor living with it as a threat.� The United States is one of only about a dozen countries that bar people who have H.I.V., the virus that causes AIDS.

WASH D.C. -- A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an "older man." At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse. That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's "safe school czar." It's getting hard to keep track of all of this president's problematic appointments. Clearly, the process for vetting White House employees has broken down. In this one case in which Mr. Jennings had a real chance to protect a young boy from a sexual predator, he not only failed to do what the law required but actually encouraged the relationship.

CHICAGO -- WMR has obtained additional details on Business International Corporation (BIC), the CIA front company where President Obama spent a year working after graduating from Columbia University in 1983. BIC used journalists as non-official cover (NOC) agents around the world. The firm published weekly and fortnightly newsletters for business executives, including Business International, Business Europe, Business Latin America, and Business Asia.
On February 24, 2009, WMR reported: �For one year, Obama worked as a researcher in BIC�s financial services division where he wrote for two BIC publications, Financing Foreign Operations and Business International Money Report, a weekly newsletter. �An informed source has told WMR that Obama�s tuition debt at Columbia was paid off by BIC. In addition, WMR has learned that when Obama lived in Indonesia with his mother and his adoptive father Lolo Soetoro, the 20-year-old Obama, who was known as �Barry Soetoro,� traveled to Pakistan in 1981 and was hosted by the family of Muhammadmian Soomro, a Pakistani Sindhi who became acting president of Pakistan after the resignation of General Pervez Musharraf on August 18, 2008.
(Sept 21 2009) - Pending Litigation: Hawaii Confirms Obama�s Vital Records Have Been Amended
HAWAII -- Hawaii has been caught blatantly circumventing their own laws; laws specifically created to foster open government practices. Furthermore, Hawaii officials - upon denying TerriK access to information requested � were required by statute to inform her of a right to appeal by trial de novo in Hawaii circuit court. They failed to provide such guidance to her. Section 92F-15.5(b) states:
(b)� If the denial of access is upheld, in whole or in part, the office of information practices shall, in writing, notify the person of the decision, the reasons for the decision, and the right to bring a judicial action under section 92F-15(a). [L 1989, c 192, �1] The OIP failed to notify TerriK of her right to a judicial appeal. Instead, the OIP simply told her that the decision to deny access was correct and that they could not help her any further.

WARSAW, Poland -- Poles and Czechs voiced deep concern Friday at President Barack Obama's decision to scrap a Bush-era missile defense shield planned for their countries. "Betrayal! The U.S. sold us to Russia and stabbed us in the back," the Polish tabloid Fakt declared on its front page.
Polish President Lech Kaczynski said he was concerned that Obama's new strategy leaves Poland in a dangerous "gray zone" between Western Europe and the old Soviet sphere. "No Radar. Russia won," the largest Czech daily, Mlada Fronta Dnes, declared in a front-page headline.

WASH D.C. -- The U.S. Justice Department is urging a federal judge in California to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama to hold the office of president. The highly anticipated hearing tomorrow morning before Judge David Carter features attorney Orly Taitz and numerous plaintiffs, as well as a document that one person has sworn is the original birth certificate of Obama from Kenya � not Hawaii, where the administration maintains Obama was born. In a motion filed Friday in Santa Ana, Calif., attorneys for the government did not directly address the merits of Taitz's claims, but instead focused their efforts on technical procedures, suggesting the matter can't be decided in court and that the dozens of plaintiffs cannot demonstrate they have been injured by having Obama in the Oval Office.
