WASH D.C. -- "The release of the Obama donor list to the public will be followed by a formal complaint to the FEC, which both Obama and ACORN will have to respond to ... on-the-record." For a number of years traditional print media has been on life support, but after the revelations from Tucker Carlson's The Daily Caller, it looks like someone finally pulled the plug.
Considering that Journolist included journalists from Washington Post, the New York Times, National Public Radio, New Republic, and Time, one has to wonder if the biggest story covered up in 2008 was the illegal coordination between ACORN and the Obama campaign.

DES MOINES, Iowa -- A billboard created by an Iowa "tea party "group that compares President Obama to Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Lenin is drawing sharp criticism - even from fellow tea party activists who have condemned it as offensive and a waste of money.
The North Iowa Tea Party began displaying the billboard in downtown Mason City last week. The sign shows large photographs of Obama, Nazi leader Hitler and communist leader Lenin beneath the labels "Democrat Socialism," "National Socialism," and "Marxist Socialism." Beneath the photos is the phrase, "Radical leaders prey on the fearful & naive." The co-founder of the roughly 200-person group said the billboard was intended to send an anti-socialist message.

SOUTH CAROLINA -- A Republican congressman fighting to retain his seat from South Carolina's 4th District says President Obama was born "not in Hawaii." Rep. Bob Inglis gave the answer during a tongue-in-cheek "interview" on the satirical Colbert Nation show.
Inglis, who is facing a runoff in the coming week with Spartanburg prosecutor Trey Gowdy, was being grilled about whether he was a conservative. "Are you conservative enough for the 4th District?" Stephen Colbert asked.
"I sure hope so," Inglis responded. Inglis noted he had been endorsed by the National Rifle Association and the Christian Coalition.
Then Colbert said, "Complete this sentence. 'Barack Obama was born in ..." "Oh," said Inglis, "Not Hawaii."

HAWAII -- Tim Adams was the Chief Elections Clerk for the city and county of Honolulu, Hawaii, during the 2008 presidential election. As Chief Elections Clerk, he supervised a staff of 50 and had access to all the database to verify documents like birth certificates and birth places of campaign candidates. On June 5, 2010, Adams was interviewed by James Edwards of the Political Cesspool radio show. Adams says unequivocally : "Barack Obama was NOT born in Hawaii."

This is the statement recorded : Adul Gheit said he had a one-on-one meeting with Obama, where the US President told him that He was still a Muslim, the son of a Muslim father, the step son of Muslim stepfather, that his half brothers in Kenya are Muslims, and that he was sympatetic towards the Muslim agenda. Adul Gheit claimed Obama told the Arabs to show patience. Obama promised that once he overcame some domestic issues, like the Health care reform, he would show the Muslim World how to deal with Israel.

The "Scoop" director said it would be a cool idea for President Barack Obama to be dictator for for a few years. Why ? So he could get things done without all the hassle of opposing views getting in the way.

U.S.A. -- The Social Security Administration publishes a data file called the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) containing the Social Security Numbers of all deceased Social Security registrants. A number of web sites provide copies of the SSDI that you can search for free, such as the one at Ancestry.com.
Now I am not going to assert what the President's Social Security Number is, but the number that is being batted around as belonging to the "person born 119 years ago" is reported on some web sites as xxx-xx-4425 and others as 042-68-xxxx. If you type any of the suggested numbers into the SSDI search page, you find no records–meaning that either this is not an issued Social Security Number or that the registrant is still living. I looked up the record of my late father who died in November 2009 and it was there.

PHOENIX -- The Arizona House on Monday voted for a provision that would require President Barack Obama to show his birth certificate if he hopes to be on the state's ballot when he runs for re-election. The House voted 31-22 to add the provision to a separate bill. The measure still faces a formal vote.
It would require U.S. presidential candidates who want to appear on the ballot in Arizona to submit documents proving they meet the constitutional requirements to be president. Phoenix Democratic Rep. Kyrsten Sinema says the bill is one of several measures that are making Arizona "the laughing stock of the nation."

A recent case in point was Obama's bizarre and meandering 17-minute, 2,500-word answer to the simple question about how he could justify raising taxes for ObamaCare during a recession when citizens are already overtaxed. Obama's wildly inappropriate answer left the audience stunned and led commentator Charles Krauthammer to mockingly say, "I don't know why you are so surprised. It�s only nine times the length of the Gettysburg address, and after all Lincoln was answering an easier question, the higher purpose of the union and the soldiers who fell in battle."

"We further contend that Obama has failed to even conclusively prove that he is at least a 'citizen of the United States' under the Fourteenth Amendment as he claims by conclusively proving that he was born in Hawaii."

Wallis was in the news last week urging Christians to stop watching Fox News host Glenn Beck's program for Beck's remarks against churches that preach "social justice."

HAWAII -- In response to the public outcry over my last report regarding Okubo�s apparently false response to my request for index data from the Hawaii Birth Index, Miss Janice Okubo has directed staff at the Hawaii Department of Health to release a pdf file containing what appears to be scans of a computer printout containing redacted pages from the Hawaii Birth Index for those sections, which would contain the surnames Payne, Dunham, Soetoro and Obama.
My initial UIPA request of January 22, 2010, sought the index data for all children on the Hawaii Birth Index whose parents� surnames were either Obama, Payne, Soetoro or Dunham.

WASH D.C. -- President Obama today at the National Prayer Breakfast raised the issue of his own eligibility for office � saying that people shouldn't be questioning his "citizenship."
Talking about the issue of "civility," he said, "Now, I am the first to confess I am not always right. Michelle will testify to that. But surely you can question my policies without questioning my faith, or, for that matter, my citizenship."
Obama continues, "Challenging each other's ideas can renew our democracy. But when we challenge each other's motives, it becomes harder to see what we hold in common. We forget that we share at some deep level the same dreams � even when we don't share the same plans on how to fulfill them."
The questions, however, over Obama's "citizenship," actually go to the core of the American republic. Multiple lawsuits have challenged that he is not qualified for the Oval Office under the Constitution's requirement that U.S. presidents be a "natural born citizen."

Even among those who do, there are enormous differences in the importance and frequency of the lies. And it is surely now clear that this nation has a far from routine problem in the scale and regularity of President Obama's lying.
When politicians lie they are usually trying to avoid political damage, or to make themselves look good. Bill Clinton lied (and got himself impeached) to save himself from embarrassment about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky. Hillary Clinton lied about being under fire in Bosnia to enhance her non-existent foreign affairs profile. Richard Nixon was forced from office because he lied to cover up his involvement in a political dirty trick. John Kerry lied about his Vietnam combat experience to blunt his anti-military reputation. But Barack Obama's lies are far more corrosive and destructive, because they go the heart of legislation and governance, and so seriously undermine trust in government.

WASH D.C. -- In a move certain to fuel the debate over Barack Obama's qualifications for the Presidency, Americans for Freedom of Information has released copies of Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College.
The transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate when his transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify for the scholarship, a student MUST CLAIM FOREIGN CITIZENSHIP. This document would seem to provide the "smoking gun" that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.

WASH D.C. -- An Obama executive order that creates a council of state governors who will work with the feds to expand military involvement in domestic security, together with PDD 51, a Bush era executive order that gives the President dictatorial power in times of national emergency, eliminate the last roadblocks to declaring martial law in the United States. The new order, which is entitled Establishment of the Council of Governors (PDF), creates a body of ten state governors directly appointed by Obama who will work with the federal government to help advance the �synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States�. The governors will liaise with officials from Northcom, Homeland Security, the National Guard as well as DoD officials from the Pentagon �in order to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State governments,� according to the executive order.

WASH D.C. -- WMR has learned from a veteran member of the White House Press Corps that the Obama administration has made it known through White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs and other White House Communications officials that certain questions posed by the reporters who cover the White House are definitely off-limits. On the banned list are any questions about Obama�s post-Columbia University employment with Business International Corporation (BIC), a global financial and political information company that WMR previously reported was a front for the CIA.
White House Press Corps members have been quietly told that any questions related to BIC, Obama�s withheld records while he was a student at Occidental College in Los Angeles from 1979 to 1981, or his records at Columbia, are forbidden. At the same time he was attending Occidental, Obama, using the name Barry Soetoro and an Indonesian passport issued under the same name, traveled to Pakistan during the U.S. buildup to assist the Afghan mujaheddin.

FSB reports circulating in the Kremlin today state that United States President Barack Obama was �rushed� from a golf course in Hawaii to a secure bunker yesterday after a US Air Force AWACS surveillance plane signaled a �warning� to American Secret Service agents that a private jetliner owned by the Hunt Oil Company appeared ready to enter the restricted air zone set up to protect the vacationing American leader and sparking fears that a terrorist attack was about to take place.

U.K. -- Barack Hussein Obama has written 2 biographies about himself and has publicly spoken of his origins in many public speeches. He claims as his biological and legal father, a man who went by the name Barrack Hussein Obama. That is the more common Kenyan spelling of the name. His claimed father also went by the names �Barak� and �Barack�, the former when he penned an article in an journal on economics, in Nairobi, in the 60�s, the latter when he registered at the University of Hawaii. The latter form appears on the electronic image of Obama�s alleged Certification of Live Birth.
If we apply the provisions of British and Kenyan law to the simple facts, which Obama claims about himself � though in truth there is not documentation that the public has seen to confirm the truth of these facts � the inescapable conclusion is that Obama was born a British subject and is now, still to this day, a British citizen.

WASH D.C. -- The concept of granting immunity to foreign nationals in our country goes back at least as early as 1790 when we passed �An Act for the Punishment of Certain Crimes against the United States,� wherein immunity was granted to foreign diplomats. (This Act was revised in 1798 by the (in)famous �Sedition Act.�)
The immunities were not as broad as one would think, and that lack of a broad immunity has been tagged as a reason, among many, why the League of Nations failed. In 1945, at the same time as the United Nations was formed, we passed the United States International Organizations Immunities Act. Recapitulating sinister Cold War practices that informed American ruling class consensus when it came to secretly toying with nature's most deadly pathogens, (a) because they could, (b) because it was, and is, highly profitable and (c) because they got with it, the profound failure by the administration to rein-in out-of-control corporate grifters, militarists and scientists thirsting after an endless flow of taxpayer dollars, have put us all on a potential glide path towards the abyss.
Since the roll-out of the Obama product-line January 21, on issues ranging from war and peace to economic justice and from civil liberties to healthcare, the "change" team exhibit the same callous disregard for disarmament proposals that characterized their Bushist predecessors in the Oval Office.

WASH D.C. -- Today is the second straight day that Obama�s Approval Index rating has fallen to a new low. Prior to the past two days, the Approval Index had never fallen below -15 during Obama�s time in office. The 23% who Strongly Approve matches the lowest level of enthusiasm yet recorded. Just 41% of Democrats Strongly Approve while 69% of Republicans Strongly Disapprove. Among voters not affiliated with either major party, 21% Strongly Approve and 49% Strongly Disapprove. Among those who consider the economy to be the most important issue, just 26% Strongly Approve of the President�s performance while 39% Strongly Disapprove. Among those who consider fiscal policy issues the most important, just 1% Strongly Approve and 81% Strongly Disapprove.

WASH D.C. -- A briefing schedule has been announced by the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in a case alleging Congress failed in its constitutional duties by refusing to investigate the eligibility of Barack Obama to be president, according to an attorney handling the challenge. Attorney Mario Apuzzo filed the action in January on behalf of Kerchner, Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. Named as defendants were Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. The case focuses on the alleged failure of Congress to follow the Constitution. WASH D.C. -- Republican gubernatorial candidate and U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal says he wants the president to prove he is an American citizen. Deal says he has "no reason to think" that President Barack Obama is not a legal U.S. citizen but enough questions have been raised that he plans to write a letter to the president asking him to produce a birth certificate showing he was born in the United States.
"I have looked at the documentation that is publicly available and it leaves many things to be desired," Deal said in an interview Friday.
Deal's statement came a day after he noted in an online chat that he would join other U.S. House members in writing the president and asking that he release a copy of his birth certificate. The position is a reversal for Deal. In the past, he has said he was assured that Obama was born in Hawaii two years after it became a state, and therefore was fully qualified to be president. Friday, Deal indicated his change of heart was the result of continued questions about Obama's citizenship. He stopped short of saying he was a proponent of the so-called "birthers" movement that has questioned the legitimacy of Obama's citizenship.

They failed to provide such guidance to her. Section 92F-15.5(b) states:

[L 1989, c 192, �1] The OIP failed to notify TerriK of her right to a judicial appeal. WASH D.C. -- California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.
The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. No doctor is listed. But the alleged certificate bears the signature of the deputy registrar of Coast Province, Joshua Simon Oduya. It was allegedly issued as a certified copy of the original in February 1964. WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- County officials have suspended two police officers after the Secret Service notified them that the officers ran a background check on President Barack Obama. According to county spokeswoman Sheila Edwards, Officer Ryan White and Officer C.M. Route were placed on paid administrative pending the outcome of an Internal Affairs investigation. Each has been with the department for about two years. That investigation was prompted after the Secret Service contacted the county telling them that someone had accessed two police databases on July 20 around 4:40 a.m. to perform a background check on the president. Edwards said that the Secret Service is leaving the investigation up to the county.

This paragraph exists in "Dreams from My Father." It is proof that Obama's birth certificate exists, that his grandmother had a copy, and that he's seen it. So he knows what's on it, and whatever it is -- or isn't -- it's the reason he is fighting its release so ferociously. Undoubtedly, this knowledge provided the motivation for the ransacking of his grandmother Dunham's apartment within hours of her death. He was looking for this document before it fell into the "wrong" hands.
