Destruction of Telephone Lines

On January 17, 2008 at approximately 10:00 p.m. officers were dispatched to an address located near the 100 block of North Martin Street regarding a disturbance.

Upon arrival a confidential victim was contacted.

The victim reported a telephone line inside of her residence had been destroyed by Mr. Gomez. Mr. Gomez was arrested at the scene without incident.

Mr. Gomez was booked into Tulare County Jail on a charge of destruction of a telephone line.
