When we read the definition of law,
We see that it is specific and it is
unemotional. It’s a matter of “these are the rules and you will abide by
them”. There is no provision for debate or for an addition of feelings or
any subjective rationalization at all.
If taken before legislators, laws may
be repealed like “Prohibition” was in 1932. They may be amended or
modified in some way according to the desire of said legislation.
Otherwise, we are to obey the law without any further considerations or
deliberations and without delay.
So, let’s get this straight:
A law is an absolute unless changed/amended
by those who made the law.
This makes sense when one doesn’t want to
be governed purely by anarchy or emotional dynamics where there are
no absolutes and society is governed by subjectivity.
The law can be counted on to provide objective clarity of matters that
may evoke great depths of emotion. But, it will not and must not be
moved nor is it to be further or immediately scrutinized outside of
peaceful legal channels. It has been codified after accounting for all
factors pertaining to the issues while applying previous law and
experience by men of wisdom and understanding throughout the ages.
The laws of the land are to be obeyed (remembering that we are
speaking in a civil and not military context).
We can also say that law institutes logic that cannot be swayed by an
emotional factor. Rather, it is understood that it is (ideally) the “letter of
the law” with the accounting for of the “spirit of the law”
so that is fair
and just for all. If we have the letter of the law only, then there is an
inflexible tyranny foisted upon the people. While the law is, by and
large, inflexible, the spirit of the law must be accounted for lest there be
injustice/injury. In this case, these things have been accounted for and
there is no emotional component concerning immigration law.

One purpose here is to establish that, what has been stated regarding law,is an absolute that has been the course and practice of wisdom and reasoning to maintain civil structure for millennia.
Since the beginning of time “truth” has been observed by the vast majority of thinkers (certain philosophers excepted) as being integral with law therefore making law an absolute.

We can even use God’s word as an example because it is “the truth”;
God and His word of truth never change; it is, therefore, law. We should
also consider that some of our current laws are direct descendants of
“Hammurabi’s Code” (circa 1790 BC) and some are (in concept) also
descended from the Bible.
Let’s now establish this immutable truth: the enforcement of truth/law is
the desired and proven way for establishing and maintaining a peaceful
and orderly society.
There is a problem
But, there is a fly in this ointment. These things are immutable social truths but there are those who have an agenda that counters the establishment. They are those whose desire is to militate against the laws and customs of the land desiring to subsume and supplant them with their own agenda. They seek to perpetrate malice upon “we the people” using whatever means necessary to achieve their goals. These lawless people have many innocuous sounding titles and insidious labels and names but they will invariably be misleading, deceptive, and certainly disingenuous.
In any case, their agenda motivates them and empowers them to implement “the end justifies the means” dynamic as a standard and way of life. Therefore, without a conscience, they find any way to subvert, deny, manipulate, occlude, preclude, subjectively amend or otherwise circumvent, countermand, contradict, or contravene established law at any cost.
They assume many names and titles but, be assured, it is the same “spirit of error” that motivates them all (there are only two spirits in the world: the spirit of truth and the spirit of error). All use the same means and methods to fulfill their evil upon man and those means are always the same. They will always be ravenous wolves in sheep’s clothing who proclaim that they are our liberators. There is nothing new under the sun.

Some of these names are Marxism, Communism, Socialism, Fascism, Leftism (i.e. Left-Wing politics), Progressivism (progressing away from the establishment and towards tyranny), totalitarianism/dictatorship, Liberalism (a misnomer which seeks to hide leftism as being more acceptable but which is far apart from true liberalism) and Democracy (an un-survivable social construct).

As of late, one innocuous title is “Democratic Socialism” (think AOC and Bernie Sanders). From these names ensues a plethora of subtitles with all of them presenting themselves, by and large, to be “saviors” or “liberators” from the “oppressors” (all of which incorporate our Constitutionally established way of life that we call “America”). So, they are “saving” us from America and Americans.
Let’s focus on contemporary leftists who are masquerading as “liberals” who use their machinations to evade immigration law. They are Godless “leftists” and not liberal at all. We can and must conclude all other political activists, who have congruent political agendas, as leftists. Regardless of what they name themselves (e.g. AntiFa, BLM, Democratic Socialist, Muslim Brotherhood), they are not different; they just have different names but use the same violent and subversive dynamics to destroy our nation by destroying its peace.

Because they are not of the truth and have no love of the truth, leftists/liberals abhor bottom-line truth and do not allow it to interfere with their deceitful and utterly corrupt Godless and peaceless doctrines. This is how their motto. “Progress is made in the struggle” (a perversion of a statement by the great Fredrick Douglass). So, they create “struggle” and chaos then presume to “save us” from said chaos.
It has been demonstrated on a national level as of late that there are federal, state, and local laws that just aren’t effectual because liberals/leftists just don’t like them and refuse to enforce them (or allow them to be enforced). They simply ignore them and willfully subvert the law. They loudly and violently gainsay, decry, and oppose anyone who would dare to be patriotic and enforce any law with which they disagree. No amount of evil is spared.
It is of great note that this is largely due to the fact that liberals/leftists reject all absolutes. Their doctrine is “there is no right or wrong” which means that morality is subject (i.e. situational ethics). That’s why they reject both truth and law and make them entirely subjective and irresolute and ineffectual. It leaves them with rabidly defending such things as the indefensible position that “My truth is better than yours!”. At that point it is a matter of fighting, kicking, screaming, decrying, gainsaying, lying, smearing, distraction, deception, and “justifiable” violence and destruction to defeat the opposition. They can then define “truth” as they please and it pleases them when it’s their truth.

Conscience and civility are not allowed to attend these bouts. It is little wonder that they have earned the sobriquet “loony liberals/leftists”. They are on logical black ice at all times. They have clearly demonstrated that their conscience has been seared with a hot iron and that they have rejected the love of the truth. Facts do not matter: ever.

Such liberal/leftist philosophy deliberately introduces the decidedly unstable factor of emotion which determines to undermine the efficacy of law. It purposes to override the establishment (i.e. the established law and culture) by using what the author calls “forceful demagoguery” as a key motivator to either change, destroy, or subvert the law to meet their standards and opinions.
It never seems to dawn on the employers of such a philosophy that, if what they had was good, peaceful, and truthful, people would come to them rather than having to be brutally forced into or deceived into accepting what they tender (e.g. Lenin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot). Instead of the Khmer Rouge or NAZI thugs, today we have AntiFa, BLM, and many other “thug groups” aiding and abetting “the cause”.
While there are many examples of this dynamic, this article specifically addresses how it is used regarding immigration law which has been established for the protection of the people of this country and its sovereignty.

In effect, immigration law means nothing to liberals/leftist. It is a law that is absolute to all but them. That also directly means that the Constitution of the United States is an outdated worthless scrap of paper to them and is no longer the law of the land; it needs to be overthrown and replaced.
What “we the people” must believe and then defend, if we expect to survive as a nation, is that the Constitution gives the government the power to protect its own people from anyone foreign or domestic.
But, because of a lack of enforcement when the left are in power (or allowed to have power through their screaming and bullying), immigration law of America has been rendered without teeth and ineffectual because of their (leftists) subversion of the Constitution and the laws meant to protect "we the people". Americans are suffering brutally because of the disdain for the rule of law by the “revolutionaries” who hate our country. Thankfully, the election of President Dondald J. Trump has brought the left’s lunacy to an abrupt halt.
“What about the “Border Patrol?”
“Aren’t they doing (or allowed to do) their job?” some would ask. To answer the question, yes, they are now, under this new sane and law-enforcing administration, allowed to enforce immigration law. Up till now, that has not been the case. We’ve seen four years of purposeful neglect so that our country could be invaded.
But, please note that the current successes of our DHS haven’t changed the minds or agenda of those who hate us. If the Marxists, leftists, Communists, Neo-Cons, Globalists, et.al. win the next presidential election, do you not think that they will destroy the legacy of any conservative president and implement their “America last” globalist agenda?! Even now, we see activists judges rabidly fighting tooth and nail to subvert the rule of law and to aid and abet criminal illegal aliens in any way possible.

The rational person, who is capable of “critical thought”, understands that unhindered drug trafficking (along with the raping of our women and children, robbing, burglary, car-jacking, home invasion robbery, ad infinitum) will destroy this country and cause immeasurable grief to our people.
But, through their unfathomably irrational thinking, the left has taken a position that absolutely refuses to protect our citizens from illegal aliens, drug lords, and associated crime. In fact, we have seen that, in every instance and without fail, they not only abhor their own nation and people, they are actually defending illegals who commit heinous crimes (noting that, in a sane world, this would be called “treason”).

To aid their cause, they force emotional attachment to the plight of (illegal) immigrants and using it to instigate a class and a (presumed) race conflict.

To further their delusion, they aver that “no human is illegal”. This is because their Godless philosophy concludes that there is no right or wrong. In fact, the credo for many is, “There is no sin; there is no guilt; there is no God; do what thou wilt”. Is this anything less than anarchy?
This is also a diversionary tactic so that people will not focus on facts. They level the charge of “racism” and "racist" to those who demand law enforcement and who want to save their country from a mass invasion of illegals. This isn’t a small thing. We’re talking about millions not thousands of immigrants.

The author recalls an article from 15 years ago that suggested that, if immigration was left unchecked, 50% of the population of Mexico would live in the US by the year 2050. This doesn’t take into account the influx of other Hispanics from Central and South America. If we do not allow the forceful execution of immigration law, America, as we know it, will cease to exist.
Most have noticed that leftists refuse to acknowledge such facts that “Mexican” is a nationality and not a race. This is another tactic used to ignore such facts. It is part and parcel of their "double-speak". They twist words to fit their desires. The sobriquet “illegal aliens” sticks in their crop so political correctness is brutally enforced for just such matters. To mitigate facts and truth, they are now “undocumented workers”.

This is where the next principle of socialism/progressivism comes into play: “Change everything except what is apparent or presented to the masses”. The left will always clothe their agenda with innocuous sounding themes like “fundamental change”. Or, how about that they are “defending our democracy”.
This may sound like wonderful causes except that their agenda is use such propaganda to mask the fact that their goal is to usurp and replace the Constitution (which would be a change of our “fundament”). And, America is not a democracy and our founding fathers insured that we weren’t. But, through the left’s propaganda, it appears that they are the “good guys” while the true patriots are evil.
In carrying out this nefarious practice of distortion, they make “good” appear “evil” and “evil” appear to be “good”. In other words, being a patriot and loving one’s country is considered a “hate crime” to a liberal/leftist.

In their thinking, one is supposed be sorry and ashamed that he is an American and should apologize for his existence (especially if he is a Caucasian. He should also be punished by the forced forfeiture of his culture, his livelihood, and his country. It is therefore considered being “racist” if he doesn’t surrender his land to the invading armies. No, there is no actual rationale or logic to their thinking at all. But, after years and even decades of (soviet style) brainwashing, any lie becomes “truth” to be defended with alacrity (especially if it comes from some bearded anti-American college professor who is a socialist guru). To them, the end justifies the means (including national suicide). If they were alive today, Nietzsche, Hitler, Lenin, Stalin, Marx, and Mao would be proud of them.
Liberals/leftists do this while trying to maintain a phony and very diaphanous moral high ground by clamoring about the greatness of their “spread the wealth” “hate the rich” socialism. Illogically, they maintain and proclaim a philosophy that entitles people to break the law and dine freely at the table of the rich Americans (which, when compared to Mexico, is almost all Americans). They tie in the untenable socialist egalitarian position that every is equal.
However, they don’t bother to say that it’s their job/agenda to bring the middle-class down so they (middle class) are now “equal”. To them, everyone is, in fact, equal: equally poor, equally despondent, equally dependent upon the NAZI government, and equally enslaved to totalitarianism and without the cover of our Constitution (which actually does make us all equal under liberty and not slavery) .
If anyone should think that liberals/leftists care one whit about the middle class, they need only do a bit of homework to discover that they are in a unified march to confiscate as much as 75% of the wage earners’ paycheck (one of Al Gore’s pet aspirations). That, incidentally, is precisely the tax rate in the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (the USSR being as far from a true republic as a duck is from being a dinosaur).

To compound matters, they scream “DEI” while anyone with only a few brain cells to rub together (including, and especially, our founding fathers) knows that “divide and conquer” is the a priority of warfare (and they most surely are at war with America). By demanding non-assimilating illegal Mexicans (who are conquering the US without firing a shot), Americans in some parts of the country are now the minority population (the author’s hometown is 60% Hispanic; it used to be 10%. East LA is almost 100% Hispanic). They also conveniently overlook “E Pluribus Unum” which means “out of many, one”. It is actually a normal response to care that illegals are human beings. It is understood that they are trekking to this country through the harshest of conditions and that many are suffering brutally. Some are robbed; some are raped; some are killed; more than 300,000 children simply disappeared (the left said and did nothing…nothing). It is also understood that illegals have much to gain and are in high hopes of boarding the “freebie train” in the “promised land” that flows with milk and money (sic).
Such a reaction understands that these are desperately poor people who are living in squalor and who desire a better life. They want their children to have a chance in life and to escape the grinding poverty in which they were reared. But, are emotions a qualification to usurp standing law? And, even if the law is not accounted for shouldn’t common sense be brought to bear?

Common sense is an absolute that has been inculcated into mankind’s thinking for millennia. But, astoundingly, it cannot qualify as a participant in the liberal/leftist socialist egalitarian one-world agenda.
Does the author have a true understanding of this suffering or am he just an uncaring armchair soccer forward? Was I un-moved by the NPR report on Mexican children and youths who are suffering unexpected hardship and deportation as illegals because they had been brought into this country as babies by their parents? Was I saddened by the fact that they considered themselves to be Americans and yet they actually were not and had to face the consequences of their parent’s actions? Oh, yes. It was sad and the author was moved accordingly. But he also knew that the suffering was due to decisions made by the parents and that no one else should bear or be required to bear any of that responsibility.

Also, the author been to the Baja peninsula (Vincente Guererro) and to Juarez, Mexico. I’ve seen entire villages that have no running water, no indoor plumbing, and no electricity. Their diets were almost exclusively corn tortillas and frijoles (beans).
Then, there are the compos (labor camps) where families are living in what can only be described as chicken coops with tin roofs and dirt floors. One campo had a row of 5 outhouses a hundred yards away across a large dirt yard. It had a single 1” vertical pipe with a hose bibb from which the entire camp drew their water by the bucket.

Despite Trump’s election, many in Congress have remained willfully blind to the preservation of our domestic tranquility and national sovereignty. They have forsaken their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution and “we the people” (a treasonable offense). They went absolutely ballistic when he took the bull by the horns and enforced the law. They have yet to stop their screaming, yelling, and lunatic antics to resist the law.
For instance, according to every reliable news source (now forced to report at least partial truth due to overwhelming empirical evidence), illegals are now responsible for as much as 50% of the crime in border towns and in other cities across this nation. Many have mental health issues and some bring in diseases that this country has not had to deal with in decades (there was whooping cough epidemic in the west and, currently, there is a measles alert).
There is also a bed bug epidemic with which we must contend (after 50 years of having almost no bed bugs in the country at all). Our women are being raped, our people are being robbed, and our being children raped and molested (these facts are easily confirmed). Our people are being slaughtered on the highways by drunken illegals. The author has been involved in two traffic accidents and both involved drunken illegal Mexicans.

As a paramedic during the ‘70’s, I saw many fatal car crashes that involved drunken illegal aliens . Diseases and afflictions not seen in this country for decades are on the rise with the prospect of precipitating a pandemic. But, Liberals/leftist/progressives take absolutely no thought for protecting their country or countrymen. They only consider loving and protecting the illegals. We can say that they protect criminals instead of victims. If that isn’t irrational proof of lunacy, then precisely what is?
Many illegals, along with their American-born supporters, are even activists who belong to openly anti-American organizations (e.g. MEChA). They openly flaunt that they will conquer America with the “power of the penis” and not the gun (e.g. there are three Hispanic births to every non-Hispanic in my area and there are other regions of California where it is much higher). They have determined that Mexican “love” will eradicate the US. They would appear to be emotional too. Why does the FBI allow open subversion and insurrection like this?!!

This is the final call to fight fore survival. There will be no second chance without a full-blown civil war: a war the “good guys” may not win. He and his administration must have our unflinching and unfailing support. Every waking hour we must remember that the enemies of our nation are implacable and delusional. They cannot be negotiated with and they will not respond positively to overwhelming facts. They will respond only to those who wield truth and who enforce the laws of the land without resile until the last of the leftists are defeated.
