Hillary Clinton has been and likely is willfully serially negligent in her compromising of some of the nation’s most sensitive secrets. Her qualifications and competence as a candidate for the highest and most sensitive office in the land is more than questionable. She is deplorable.

When I joined the Navy at the age of seventeen, a part of our boot camp indoctrination included our learning, even memorizing information about security classifications:
OUO – for official use only – was not a classification just a limitation on dissemination. In civilian communications, this is LOU – for limited official use.
CONFIDENTIAL – Information that if divulged could or would cause damage to us interests.
SECRET – Information that if divulged could or would cause embarrassment to the USG.
TOP SECRET – Very sensitive information that if divulged could cause conflict or even a war. TOP SECRET also included the names of spies whose freedom, liberty, and lives would or could be compromised if their information was divulged.
Each and every civilian in the Federal Government was likewise indoctrinated (repeated regularly) regarding document and information classifications. I later joined the Department of State, one of the key National Security and Intelligence Agencies, and in time, I received clearances for access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) that had code words attached indicating strictly controlled limits of access or dissemination.
When one was cleared for SCI, they attended very intense one-on-one briefings and signed statements that were held on file and which could be used in a prosecution. This was/is very serious stuff.
[ In fact, when someone who holds or ever held any of these super sensitive access clearances writes a book or essay mentioning any of these intelligence agencies’ activities, they are compelled to submit their manuscript for review. I wrote EXPERIENCING ISLAM which discussed FBI, DOD, CIA, STATE and other agencies activities and sent my manuscript for review – a review that took almost a year. The CIA redacted several portions of the text (minor redactions, but censorship nevertheless) before I could proceed to publish the book.]
Of course, there was one more, UNCLASSIFIED, which contained no sensitive information that could be used by our enemies against us.
All of this included written communications as well as verbal communications. Civilian and military facilities worldwide contained areas referred to as “the bubble” where classified conversations are to be held. Also, certain rooms were equipped with electronic means designed to thwart clandestine microphones used for eavesdropping.
Simply put, a great deal of time and attention and expense was and still is put forth to protect and guarantee our sensitive information.
In the Navy and later (my early years) in the State Department, I worked in communications that evolved from hand held encryption devices, one-time pads, electro-mechanical machines, and eventually computers.
Every office in military and government facility contains lockable steel cabinets for information up to CONFIENTIAL, heavy duty fire proof file cabinets with combination locks for SECRET information, and the same type of cabinets within a nearly impenetrable vault for TOP SECRET files. Cryptographic codes are locked away in these types of containers as well.
Simply – security is of paramount importance in the conduct of government and military affairs.

On July 5th , 2016, FBI Director James Comey delivered a briefing on the case of Secretary Clinton’s intentional and willful negligence in her mishandling of TOP SECRET, Sensitive Compartmentalized Intelligence that required code word knowledge to gain access. In his statements, Comey stated that he did not feel that Clinton was guilty of all that she has been charged with and that no reasonable prosecutor would take on such a case.
The nation was and remains outraged.
James Comey is highly regarded for his integrity, and his performance showed that he has apparently been compromised.
We must note that days before Comey’s performance, former President Clinton held a surreptitious meeting with Comey’s boss, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, on an airplane on a tarmac at an airport. This meeting was not publicized and its being held was not intended to be discovered. It was.
When confronted, Clinton and Lynch lied in telling that they held this meeting to discuss golf and grandchildren (Ya, Shure, You betcha!). Anybody with a functioning nose can smell the stench bullpookey from this all of the way across the country.
Clearly, a reasonable, thinking person can connect the dots: With Obama’s concurrence, Lynch stopped at Phoenix in synchronization with Willy Clinton’s stop and during their 20-minute meeting, Clinton handed Lynch her marching instructions – direct orders - to reign in Comey (likely using some form of serious blackmail, or another incentive - $$$$) to compel him to give Hillary a White Wash from the FBI. Let’s be clear, Hillary likely has some considerable dirt on Obama and this was used to make him dispatch Lynch to reign in Comey, etc.)
Comey’s appearance and presentation on July 5th was simply deplorable. His demeanor was one of being subdued, his shame seemed palatable. His integrity was forever compromised. His character will forever be permanently in question. Shame on James Comey.
While Comey was artfully both condemning and exonerating Hillary and misleadingly declared that no reasonable prosecutor would take this case on. At this same time, Obama joined Hillary on the campaign trail where they whooped it up together.

U.S. Code 1924 calls for jail time in cases where people carelessly, negligently, or willingly compromise national security - classified materials.
There have been many hundreds of cases where Americans neglectfully or willingly compromised secrets and suffered consequences for their actions. Hundreds have spent time in jail for such acts.
For minor compromises of low classified information such as CONFIDENTIAL, an employee will receive a letter of reprimand which will cause loss of incentive bonuses and time in service increases, deferred promotions and such. For a second compromise, the employee will receive counseling, losses of benefits as described above and a suspension without pay. For a third compromise the employee will suffer a loss of security clearances and a loss of his or her job, and possibly prison time.
The three cases above are for simply making careless, thoughtless, mistakes or other actions involving poor judgment.
Hillary Clinton went way beyond, considerably farther than what is discussed in the above paragraph.
As the spouse of a President, she was briefed on the handling of classified materials in the White House where Willie Clinton let her go off and do her thing.
As a Senator, she was again briefed on the handling of classified materials. As Secretary of State she was again briefed at length, and was presented with a contract similar to the one that every other person granted access to Sensitive Compartmentalized Intelligence with Code word access. Whether she acknowledged or signed this is moot. I believe she did, and the forms have been “lost”. Her staff and those around her underwent the same preparation prior to being allowed to handle classified materials.
Some of those she employed such as her Moslem Brotherhood (the Moslem Brotherhood* is an Islamist organization hostile to US interests worldwide) spy and agent (and probably Hillary’s handler) Huma Abdein, Sydney Blumenthal, and others should never, ever have been allowed to view or know any of these sensitive secrets. By bringing them on board, Hillary willfully ignored all laws, rules and regulations regarding sensitive intelligence and classified materials.
Further, by installing an unclassified server in an insecure location in her home, Hillary willfully and actively thwarted all standard operating procedures. Laws and rules regarding the handling and storage of classified materials. By any shake of words, this is clearly knowingly willful negligence, not casual, willful.

Hillary Clinton was (and likely remains) too lazy and incompetent to perform as President of the United states in accordance with laws that all other Americans are subject to. She felt that she could ignore all rules and regulations – and she did this intentionally and with supreme arrogance. Hillary intentionally refused to comply with established and very well-known security protocols, rules, and regulations.
When it was revealed that Hillary had this vulnerable and illegal server stashed away in a basement corner bathroom in her New York home, she and others allied with her went into a serious panic mode and strove to scrub the server and destroy any and all information contained therein. Several thousand documents were recovered and over 100 reveal classified (including TOP SECRET, SENSITIVE COMPARTMENTALIZED INTELLIGENCE) documents. However, over 35,000 documents were successfully scrubbed and removed so that they could not be scrutinized by the FBI, the State Department, or others. What terrible secrets are lost?
There should be no doubt whatsoever that opponents and enemies of the United State had ample opportunity to penetrate Hillary’s illegal, unclassified server and to gather all of the information that was contained therein. They have or are in a position to use this information against her, to compromise her in whatever endeavor she chooses to take on.
There should be no doubt whatsoever that opponents and enemies of the United States have used information gleaned from Hillary Clinton’s unprotected server to cause us harm, to cause our allies harm, and most likely to seek out and apprehend people who were allied to the United States. These unfortunates have likely been subjected to the vilest and most terrible forms of torture and death. If asked about this, Hillary’s likely response would be: “At This Point, What Difference Does It Make!!!”
Simply put, Hillary Clinton is a cold blooded cretin who doesn’t give a whistle about people.
Imperious, Hillary Clinton believes that she is above the law. There are other adjectives that apply directly to Hillary Clinton: Arrogant; Careless; Negligent; Inept, and I am certain readers can add more.
Hillary Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee for President clearly lacks the qualities and sophistication to comprehend and to understand the duties of the President of the United States, the Commander in Chief. She has demonstrated a propensity to commit illegal acts, to hide truths, to tell lies, and has a clear inability to grasp the consequences of her actions.
No reasonable, cognizant person, Democrat, Progressive, or other could in good conscience support or vote for Hillary Clinton for POTUS.
