First, the fraud. As mentioned (in the previous class) Prop. 62
(California Death Penalty "Reform") said one thing on the ballot and
another in the full text, in the voter's pamphlet.
The ballot said life in prison without the possibility of parole.
(Period, end of statement implying that it was a mandatory, automatic,
sentence.) The pamphlet had a big COMMA and said OR 25 years to life.
All of the people who advertised Prop. 62 as keeping criminals in
prison until they die and the people responsible for putting the
incomplete text on the ballot, regardless of how highly they are
placed in state government, should be prosecuted for fraud.
If I sold you a car on a 2-part contract and you only need to sign the
abbreviated version (that said 5% interest) to seal the deal,
while the full text said OR 50% interest, you'd have me arrested for
fraud. This is what the proponents of Prop. 62 did and need to
be prosecuted.
I have acquired some unsubstantited info. that says there is a rich
man whose son is on death row and the father is fighting the
death penalty to save his son. If anyone has further info, please send
it c/o the Post. As the old saying goes: "Follow the money."
GOD IS GOOD!!! He has allowed us to "dodge a bullet" that was aimed at
the heart of decent society. If hitlery klintsky had been
able to steal the election, she would have contiued to
"...fundamentally transform..." America in the footsteps of barak
hussein
o(WHATTA)bummer and there is no telling how much farther down the path
of destruction she could have taken us.
With the Presidency, majorities in both houses and (I think) over 30
Governorships, we may be on a path to re-claiming the country.
I was able to wear my 8 year-old t-shirt, celebrating the presidency,
for the first time, today.
Heard someone on the radio playing "Ding, dong, the witch is dead." I
don't think so. The hildabeast will slink away to some safe
space", lick her wounds, grow some more scales, make some illegal
stock transactions, collect some more "pay for play"
influence buying "donations" to the klintsky "foundation", bide her
time and come back screeching like a harpy & breathing fire.
They don't go away. They remind me of some vile thing in which you
have stepped and now it is stuck to your shoe. Only the vile
thing is just noxious. They are noxious AND hazardous to your health,
your family, your livelyhood and your country.
People are STOOPID!!! What people? Glad you asked, bunkie!
The sheeple of kalifornia who voted to (further) dis-arm themselves,
by passing FURTHER draconian anti-gun laws, when kalifornia
is ALREADY an overregulated oligarchy that is ruled by the psychos in
san francisco, los angeles and other leftist population centers.
Once, again, the sheeple have drunk the koolaide of leftist lies that
guns are bad and the only people who should be armed are
the bodyguards of the elite and the forces of oppression who are on
the payroll of our corrupt government.
(I in no way mean to denigrate the guardians of our society who stand
between us and the cesspool sludge of crime. We will discover who the
jack-booted thugs are, when the cesspool sludge politickians finally
pass the ultimate destruction of
the Constitution and plunge the country into civil war.)
If you READ the Unanimous Declaration, the Constitution and the other
writings of our Founders, you will understand that they
were not so much concerned with our ability to hunt, or even defend
ourselves from the street scum criminals, as they were
concerned about our ability to defend ourselves from an oppressive,
cesspool sludge, government.
The founders, clearly, wrote that any time a government becomes
inimical to the interests of "WE, THE PEOPLE...", that we have
the right and the responsibility to abolish it and replace it with a
government that we expect will protect those interests.
It would be MUCH more difficult to accomplish the intended task if we
allow ourselves to be reduced to being armed with inferior
weapons. In the Revolutionary War, our Kentucky Long Rifles gave our
people an advantage over the invading troops.
If we allow the government to degrade our equipment, through draconian
laws, we will be facing troops U.N. or rebel U.S. troops,
who are supporting the rogue government, who will have 20, 30, 100
round magazines to our 10 round magazines. Given equal
marksmanship skills, on whom would you bet?
The Founders wanted us to have parity with any forces that might be
used to enslave us and only or own STOOPIDITY or
laziness will allow them to succeed.
And speaking of STOOOPID, the lib/left tries to convince everyone
(themselves?) that they are finer, more intelligent, more
compassionate, of a higher plane than conservatives, who they view as
coarse and unsophisticated. To prove their superiority,
they riot and destroy things and people.
They could no more write words such as "...a decent respect for the
opinions of mankind..." than I could sprout wings and fly.
Why, you ask, do they lack this ability? Very simple, they HAVE no
RESPECT for anyone or anyone's opinion but their own.
In addition, of course they are too STOOPID to formulate the phrases.
Instead, they spout "talking points", inanities and lies.
Remember, you can tell when the lib/lefties are lying. Either their
lips are moving, or they're not.
And ANOTHER thing!!! What's this BRAVO SIERRA about threatening
Christians if they put up Christmas decorations?
So far, I only hear about it in countries that are more leftist and
muslim-appeasing than we are. Instead of persecuting
Christians, how about preparing for violence from any cesspool sludge
that wants to start trouble and SHOOT them!!!
Notice I say "that" instead of the more respectful "who" or :"whom".
That is purely intentional !!!

preventing the further lefticism of our country. We, now, have an
opportunity to reverse the slide into darkness and bring the country
back into the light. We ask Your further guidence and protection
especially for our guardians, wherever and however they serve. Thank
You for the many blessings You bestow on us, totally without
any merit on our part. In all things I thank and praise You, and,
especially, for the Gift and Sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, my
