Muster RIGHT Here - with Sgt Mack Stand at EASE!!!

Back in the pre-stone age, when I was active army, I seem to remember that there were 3 basic degrees of desertion. 1.) Just plain old garden variety, "I've changed my mind, now & I don't want to play this silly game anymore." 2.) A more serious level that includes having contact with hostiles and the threat of violence, or "Desertion in the face of the enemy." 3.) was the highest form of offense, or "Desertion under fire."

Un-COVER!!! (Silent prayer or contemplation.) In Jesus' Name I pray, HOOAAAHHH!!!

Take SEATS!!!

To continue:

All 3 were felonies (as I recall) and had increasing levels of penalty (unless your family was rich &/or politically connected, like jane [the b***h of hanoi] fonda). AWOL (absent without leave) could be handled in-house, as long as it didn't draw too much media attention, but "missing movement" (as in failing to report, when your unit deployed) and the preceding 3 were pretty much prosecuted, unless you were a child of privilege.

The first 2 could get prison terms, of increasing length (depending on circumstances) and the last (desertion under fire) COULD be resolved by a firing squad or an alert superior, who wants to avoid a mass retreat.

All of that said, if all of the details I've been hearing (from his fellows) this looks like a classic # 2, leaving an area of combat, while NOT immediately engaged in combat, thereby earning a LONNNG prison term. If, however, he proceeded to educate the enemy in improved methods of killing our troops, then he SHOULD be eligible and receive the death penalty.

Now, given the left-wing political climate of the courts and the lawyers who have given the law such a bad name, I predict that he will (at best) be placed under psychiatric treatment for PTSD, dissociative behavior syndrome, juvenile peer rejection syndrome, bullied adolescent syndrome or a whole raft of other ailments (real or fabricated) that have nothing to do with his actions, except to "excuse and explain" them.

Now that we have disposed of the deserter (don't I wish) let's go to the election.

It appears that a significant number of former "koolaide drinkers" have decided that "NO, WE CAN'T", continue to allow the imperial o(WHATTA)bummer regime to "...fundamentally transform..." (read destroy) "...America.

To those people (who have made the decision to NOT be "useful idiots") congratulations!!! You have taken the first step to becoming a useful and functioning CITIZEN.

Now that you've taken the first step, don't "backslide", in November. Remember that the people we need to elect are the ones who will live up to the oath to "...support, protect and defend the Constitution..."

So, let's contrast the actions of the o(WHATTA)bummer regime, in the case of the deserter, with their inaction in the case of on of our guys who is imprisoned in mexico, for making a wrong turn.

How about releasing terrorists as opposed to nada, zip, zilch, "big goose egg", thanx for your service, come back when I can use you some more ?

Now I'm not (as I've told you) the sharpest knife in the drawer, but it seems to me that if the regime named him as a diplomat, they might get him out on diplomatic immunity.

Failing that, they could tell the cesspool sludge who are imprisoning him that all mexican assets in the U.S. are frozen, no unofficial mail can be sent to mexico and all financial aid is discontinued, until he is released, in good condition.

About the time they were faced with riots, they'd decide that they need to see the south side of him, as he heads north.

Failing that (and presuming that we are convinced that he's innocent) a Seal, Delta, CIA or Marine Hostage Rescue Team could go in there and get him. If the mexican government doesn't like it, they can stuff it.

What you have to remember is that the smoke and mirrors of the "most transparent" regime in history are doing their best to make you ignore the people who are pulling the levers behind the curtains.

At best, they are corrupt. At worst, subversive, trying to "...transform America..." into a "worker's paradise", under their thumbs.

Don't let it HAPPEN!

On your FEET!!!

Un-Cover!!! Heavenly Father, it keeps getting worse. We see a bit of light at the end of the tunnel & it MIGHT not be an oncoming train. We ask that You encourage those who may have begun to turn around. We ask that You continue to bless and guide our country. In all things I thank You and especially for the gift and sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, in Whose Name I pray. HOOAAAHHH!!!

Sgt Mack, out. Leaving the air and closing station.
