Muster RIGHT Here - with Sgt Mack Stand at EASE!!!

IF there is a prima facie case against the 13 year-old suspects, they should be tried as adults, given the seriousness of the crime and IF CONVICTED, should be given 25-life sentences, MAYBE w/ possibility of parole after they turn 25, IF the prison authorities identify them as model prisoners.

Un-COVER!!! ( Silent prayer or contemplation.) In Jesus’ name I pray, HOOAAHH!!!

I realize that my position is politically incorrect, but that should be no surprise to my Troops. I tend to be very strict in the interpretation of laws that protect people from harm, such as those against arson, endangering the public and causing death or bodily harm.

It is not my intent to prejudice the jury pool, as I believe in “innocent until proven guilty”. The only time I served on a jury, I walked into the court room saying , “OK, prosecutor, you have an innocent man and you’ll have to convince me otherwise”. I observed the defendant and thought, immediately, “Yardbird”, but did he do THIS?

After hearing all of the evidence and taking copious notes, I was convinced and spent a lot of time trying to convince my fellow jurors. After the case was concluded (convicted on several counts, not guilty on [I think 1] and hung jury on about 3) I asked an acquaintance, from 1 of the police agencies involved, if my impression was correct that he had a history. He said, ”Only about as long as your arm.”

Sergeant Mack : “I realize that we are to temper justice with mercy, but the recent tendencies have been that we need to temper mercy with JUSTICE!”

I realize that we are to temper justice with mercy, but the recent tendencies have been that we need to temper mercy with JUSTICE! Allowing dangerous felons to have a revolving door has increased our crime rate and the practice of being soft on “the children” who commit heinous acts has expanded the number of years in which misanthropic monsters can menace the citizenry. In fact, these are NOT children in any sense other than age. The heinousness of the act needs to outweigh any consideration of their age.

The fallacy of much “thought” on justice and mercy stresses mercy WITHOUT justice. Without justice you don’t HAVE mercy. You have permissiveness and anarchy. You have the weak at the mercy of the (evil) strong, who are not long on mercy. As a group, the nazis were not merciful to ANYONE! When they were defeated, some of them were granted mercy by the world community that they attacked.

Unfortunately, there are still some bleeding hearts who seek to dis-empower the forces of justice, while they would scream, loudly, if THEY were NOT PROTECTED from the very people they seek to protect FROM justice.

I don’t care about the home situation of the perpetrators of such evil acts, just that they are removed from the society whose laws they have (deliberately and with malice of forethought) chosen to break.

They have made a decision to place themselves outside our laws and have become (therefore) outlaws and should be treated as such. I don’t care how much they cry & apologize. Their victims and families of same cry out for justice and we, as law-abiding citizens have an obligation to them and future potential victims to say, “ENOUGH!!!” You will NOT be permitted to run wild, in our society, endangering or harming our citizens. If there was a way to have prevented this, it was not done and YOU must pay the price for your evil act. You were big enough to do the crime. You are big enough to do the time!

Sergeant Mack : "All I am saying is that it is our responsibility to see that the guilty party(ies?) pay, here, and leave the rest to God."

AGAIN, I SAY, I HAVEN’T SAID THEY DID IT!!! That will be decided by a jury. All I am saying is that it is our responsibility to see that the guilty party(ies?) pay, here, and leave the rest to God.

I, also, want to re-iterate the opinion that going easy on the perpetrators of more minor crimes is equivalent to marijuana being a “gateway drug” that leads to more serious drugs, or offences.

We need to be wary of being too quick in sealing or expunging records of juvenile criminal activity. Doing so gives them a clean slate, to resume their criminal activity, as adults. The offender should have to request and the request be reviewed by a committee of “street cops” (who would be likely to be familiar with their transgressions) before (and only if approved by the committee) being submitted to D.A.s and, finally, the court.

The bottom line is, there needs to be a thorough investigation of this heinous crime and the guilty party(ies?) given a fair trial (fair to them and to the community) and justice, tempered (but not replaced) by mercy, delivered. ‘Nuff said.

On your FEET!!! Un-COVER!!!

Heavenly Father, we seek Your guidance and protection in this matter, as well as all of our other concerns. Please grant us wisdom. In all things I thank and praise You and, especially, for the Gift and Sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, in Whose Name I pray, HOOAAHHH!!!

Dis-MISSED!!!

Sgt Mack Clear, leaving the air and closing station. HOOAAHHH!!!
