The words of the 10th Amendment make it clear that the federal
government has NO power to prevent secession, no matter HOW MANY laws
they may pass against it. The power to separate from the federal
government is retained by the states and “WE, THE PEOPLE…”
It is possible that the founding fathers, knowing the fact that, “All
power tends to corrupt” were wary of not having an “escape clause”,
because “Absolute power tends to corrupt, absolutely”, which is what
the bite-me/cacamala regime seeks.

The only problem I can forsee is that, having the bit in their teeth,
the left will not stand idly by and allow power to slip away from
their “state uber alles” cabal and are quite prepared to use armed
force to achieve what they have already achieved in the capitol, that
being an armed, barbed wire gulag. It is for this reason that the
Constitutionalist states need to de-federalize their National Guards
and prepare (calmly) to defend their borders against illegal
(anti-tenth Amendment) incursions.
In addition, the states need to activate their millions of
combat-trained Veterans as a reserve body to function as “Minute Men”,
if the worst scenario becomes reality, such as mandatory registration
of firearms, which we all know is a prelude to confiscation. Read
history.
In the meantime, they need to prepare a new Declaration of
Independence for the Constitutionalist Freedom States of America. It
would be my honor to submit a draft, borrowing extensively from the
original document, both in purpose and language and urging that the
“hot heads” be governed by cooler heads to not be on an aggressive
posture, but simply defend against the rogue federal “government”,
which seeks to subjugate free Americans, under the hobnail boots of
leftism.

The left are intent on establishing themselves as masters and us, U.S.

Unanimous Declaration. I FIRMLY believe that they are stupid AND evil
enough to risk the security of our country by weakening us by starting
another civil war, when the secession should be accomplished by civil
negotiation and, at worst, by court action under the Constitution.
