The Editor and I try to present factual information and (if the
situation allows) in a humorous light. The basic intent, however, is
to inform with the straight truth. We ARE, however, a conservative
Christian publication, so many of our views will be based on our life
experiences in that area.
There are many people who have blogs and podcasts that are
entertaining but should not be relied on for information. I encourage
people to evaluate the content using their own observations and
intelligence. For instance, if a blogger or podcaster tells you that
Ivermectin is not effective against the chicom virus, you can look at
me and see that this is incorrect information.

ask yourself, “Are we better off under the jobama regime, with
inflation and fewer of jobama's 3-letter word JOBS than we were with
President Trump?”
Some people who do blogs and podcasts use them as a platform to
promote leftist ideas, including false information about people on the
“other side of the aisle”. I never liked barack hussein
o(WHATTA)bummer but, when someone published lies about him, I
investigated and exposed the lies, along with a scathing denunciation
of whomever published them. The Editor didn’t let my column cool off,
upon submission, before he had it published because truth IS one of
our driving values, no matter whom it helps or hurts.
In my inaugural column I made the challenge, “If you find me factually
incorrect, tell me. ” This did happen, as I submitted info from a
trusted source that I had not vetted. Submitted a correction and have
been MUCH more careful, since.
The bottom line is that I read a lot of fantasy and science fiction
and I watch a lot of the same on videos. It is entertaining and I
enjoy it. The same applies to the podcasts of people who, while they
may be wonderful individuals and very entertaining, have a world view
that does not comport with reality.
The voice of Gene Roddenberry’s
wife, Majel, would be saying “That does not compute!” So we enjoy
their entertainment but, when it comes to following recommendations
for getting factual information, we seek out reliable sources, such as
Dennis Prager, Sean Hannity, Bill O’Reilly, Mark Levin and others
whose advice has been proven to have merit.
AGAIN WITH THE “woke” culture. That needs to become an epithet, much
the same as democrat has become. It needs to be recognized as an
ackronym for something like :”wacked, obtuse, kaput, eletist or
whiney, obstreperous, kaput, effluvia”.

Being a
“woke” means that you just follow whatever stupid slogan or chant that
is started by your woke leaders, like “Kyle Rittenhouse murdered 3
black men”, in spite of the fact that he didn’t MURDER anyone, he
killed 2 WHITE scumbags, in SELF-DEFENSE,or “Ivermectin is dangerous”
despite the fact that it is an effective therapeutic against the
chicom virus.
And, then there is the cdc, the center for
dis-information and communism, with their lie that "gun violence" an
epidemic that can be cured with more restrictive anti-gun laws, when
what is needed is more anti-violence ENFORCEMENT and "MORE Guns, Less
Crime 1&2" (Professor John Lott.).

I look forward to a
time when people will say, “Oh, you’re just a woke” and the subject of
discussion will hang his/her head in shame and retire from the field,
having been, summarily, dismissed.
WHOOOP!!!! ANOTHER INTERRUPTION!!!
Just finished chastising the “Let’s go Brandon” people. Guess they are
trying to raise $$$, which is O.K. by “giving away” hats, if you pay
S&H fees. O.K. so far BUT, when I started to fill out the form it says
telephone # is a “required field”. NOT LATELY, BUD!!!! If you want to
communicate w/me, or hear from me, you’ll do it as I see fit. My phone
# is part of my privacy and is only given to those people whom I
CHOOSE. I have refused to do business or communicate with OTHER people
who demanded my phone #, so I tell them, “You need to change your
attitude. Demanding people’s phone # is likely to decrease their
response. It certainly decreased mine.” Of course this necessitates
looking them up off their response form & is a bit time-consuming but
if I can help someone achieve attitude adjustment, it is worth the
effort.
O.K., Back to destroying “woke-ism.”
Basically, it is a creation of
the self-absorbed, pampered “snowflake”generation that requires “safe
spaces” and feels threatened by any suggestion of disagreement or
dissent. Waitaminnit, isn’t the college experience supposed to equip
the young skulls full of mush with the skills to face the world and
HANDLE dissent and disagreement, like (maybe) with debate and
compromise or some such negotiating process?
If they never have to
handle disagreement, how are they going to grow into the adults who
are going to replace us, when we are gone? Somebody’d better figure
that out, or this country is going to be in a melluvhess, when our
generation isn’t around to run things and the only running theirs can
do is to their “safe spaces”, with their squeezie toys and soothing
music.

When I was in Basic Training we couldn’t get a “stress chit” and be excused to talk to the Chaplain.
The only guy we could talk to was the
guy who was GIVING us the stress and that was his JOB!!! We just had
to “Man up and soldier on!!!” That equipped us for many of the
challenges we faced in civilian life.
That is one of the reasons I
favor the Israeli system of universal draft and training, for a
minimum time, at least a year, or whatever their minimum is. It would
equip our young people with some tools that they won’t get in civilian
life and, especially women, would give them some experience in
handling real-time emergency-type situations, where their choices and
actions could have dire consequences, more than a broken nail or a bad
hair day.
Hopefully, they would even learn to defend themselves,
should the need arise, against domestic or foreign threats.
Unfortunately, the jobama cabal is fostering the woke culture, in the
military and, by so doing, is eroding the effectiveness of the world’s
greatest force for peace. If we can get Pres. Trump back maybe he can
restore it, before it becomes a knitting circle.
Long day, tomorrow. A lot of paperwork to do, which I hate if it isn’t

Heavenly Father thank You for what You are revealing. We will turn
the fight over to You, but continue the struggle in our own way,
Keeping faith in Your ultimate Victory. In all things I thank You and,
especially, I thank You for the Gift and Sacrifice of Your Son Jesus
