(Dec 27 2008) - Web sites could get film-style ratings
UNITED KINGDOM -- Andy Burnham told The Daily Telegraph newspaper, published on Saturday, that the government was planning to negotiate with the administration of U.S. President-elect Barack Obama to draw up new international rules for English language Web sites. "The more we seek international solutions to this stuff -- the UK and the U.S. working together -- the more that an international norm will set an industry norm," the newspaper reports the Culture Secretary as saying in an interview. Giving Web sites film-style ratings would be one possibility.

(Dec 26 2008) - MOVIE : THEY LIVE Scheduled for Remake
PORTERVILLE, CA. -- Last night I had a chance to view for the first time - thanks to Larry Fox - John Carpenter's film, THEY LIVE. Click to View 1988 Movie WOW ! What an eye opener ! Back in 1988, John Carpentar came out with this partial sci-fi "B-Rated" movie. The central theme in this film was the government had gone too far in eaves-dropping and media-manipulation of the masses. 20 years ago, John Carpenter presented this "Big-Brother B-Rated Movie" to the public, I believe, as a warning and Hollywood is gearing up to remake it. I just hope they stay true to the theme and update us on today's technology ... like those HDTV's.

(Dec 25 2008) - Secret CAFR Account Information
PORTERVILLE, CA -- Since June of 2008, the Post was sent information to reseach regarding Comprehensive Annual Finacial Reports or CAFR's for short. {2006 CalPers Report PDF} Basically, according to Mr. Walter Burien, the Government has been running a shell game - a second set of books, kinda like the old truck drivers use to do years ago ... one for the cops that pulled them over and one for his boss, showing the real time spent on the road. As it stands right now, those in govenrment positions who know and understand these second set of CAFR books rarely disclose to the public what they actually represent. Hopefully our researchers {Kris / Jess / Annie} will do additional follow-up on this information and get back to the Post so we can share it with our readers.

(Dec 20 2008) - General George S. Patton was assassinated to silence his criticism of allied war leaders claims new book WASH D.C. -- The newly unearthed diaries of a colourful assassin for the wartime Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner of the CIA, reveal that American spy chiefs wanted Patton dead because he was threatening to expose allied collusion with the Russians that cost American lives. The death of General Patton in December 1945, is one of the enduring mysteries of the war era. Although he had suffered serious injuries in a car crash in Manheim, he was thought to be recovering and was on the verge of flying home. But after a decade-long investigation, military historian Robert Wilcox claims that OSS head General "Wild Bill" Donovan ordered a highly decorated marksman called Douglas Bazata to silence Patton, who gloried in the nickname "Old Blood and Guts".

(Dec 19 2008) - How Jewish is Hollywood ?
HOLLYWOOD, CA -- By Joel Stein : I have never been so upset by a poll in my life. Only 22% of Americans now believe "the movie and television industries are pretty much run by Jews," down from nearly 50% in 1964. The Anti-Defamation League, which released the poll results last month, sees in these numbers a victory against stereotyping. Actually, it just shows how dumb America has gotten. Jews totally run Hollywood. Joel Stein ends his article by saying ... "I don't care if Americans think we're running the news media, Hollywood, Wall Street or the government. I just care that we get to keep running them."

(Dec 16 2008) - New tipping-point in March 2009: 'When the world becomes aware that this crisis is worse than the 1930s crisis' EUROPE -- LEAP/E2020 anticipates than the unfolding global systemic crisis will experience in March 2009 a new tipping point of similar magnitude to the September 2008 one. According to our team, at that period of the year, the general public will become aware of three major destabilizing processes at work in the global economy, i.e.: 1.) the length of the crisis 2.) the explosion of unemployment worldwide and 3.) the risk of sudden collapse of all capital-based pension systems March 2009 Forecast of Possible Awareness of Depression ?
A whole range of psychological factors will contribute to this tipping point: general awareness in Europe, America and Asia that the crisis has escaped from the control of every public authority, whether national or international; that it is severely affecting all regions of the world, even if some are more affected than others (see GEAB N°28); that it is directly hitting hundreds of millions of people in the “developed” world; and that it is only worsening as its consequences reveal throughout the real economy. National governments and international institutions only have three months left to prepare themselves to the next blow, one that could go along severe risks of social chaos. The countries which are not properly equipped to cope with a surge in unemployment and major risks on pensions will be seriously destabilized by this new public awareness.

(Dec 16 2008) - DARPA aim to make killer robots invulnerable to damage
U.S.A. -- 'It absolutely will not stop' Another icy chill of fear for the spine of those who understand the imminence of humanity's extinction at the hands of its erstwhile machine slaves arrived today. (Dec 14 2008) - One of Phil Schneiders last Presentations on D.U.M.B.'s
PORTERVILLE, CA -- Geologists Phil Schneider gives one of his last presentations before he passes. In this video he talks about working on many of these D.U.M.B's and D.U.M.B II {underground submarine bases}. Please take into account that governments in the past have reverted to underground safety areas for their own self preservations. After World War II, many citizens were encourgaed to prepared for the possibility for a nuclear attack and the old civil defense actually helped many local governments and companies build "BOMB SHELTERS". So don't think it odd that we have these Deep Underground Military Bases. Think it odd that our government isn't encouraging the public to protect themselves.

(Dec 09 2008) - AFRICOM China and Congo resource wars
AFRICON -- (www.OnLineJournal.com) Just weeks after President George W. Bush signed the order creating a new US military command dedicated to Africa, AFRICOM, events on the mineral-rich continent have erupted which suggest a major agenda of the incoming Obama Presidency will be for the son of a black Kenyan to focus US resources, military and other, on dealing with the Republic of Congo, the oil-rich Gulf of Guinea, the oil-rich Darfur region of southern Sudan and increasingly the Somali ‘pirate threat’ to sea lanes in the Red Sea and Indian Ocean. The legitimate question is whether it is mere coincidence that Africa appears just at this time to become a new geopolitical ‘hot spot’ or whether it has a direct link to the formal creation of AFRICOM.

(Dec 07 2008) - Knowledge for a Revolution: From Fear to Truth
U.S.A. -- (www.NaturalNews) The western world has purposely been misled, intimidated and hypnotized by fear from nearly all established institutions of civilization. The best way to wire an individual's brain for fear is to consistently state the exact same premise over and over again regardless of the veracity of such statements. As neuroscientists predict, individuals will unconsciously begin to believe such statements and the more often these ideas are reinforced, the stronger the hard wiring becomes. We live in a semi-conscious state of terrorism where our minds have ostensibly been pre-programmed for fear. As history has consistently shown mankind, the best way to control a population is through the institutionalization of fear.

(Dec 06 2008) - Hyperinflation forces Zimbabwe to print $200 million notes
HARARE, Zimbabwe (CNN) -- A DAYS WAGES FOR A LOAF OF BREAD. Cash-strapped Zimbabwe revealed plans Saturday to circulate $200 million notes, just days after introducing a $100 million bill, Finance Minister Samuel Mumbengegwi said. After the $100 million note began circulating on Thursday, the price of a loaf of bread soared from 2 million to 35 million Zimbabwean dollars. Amid allegations of illegal foreign currency trading, the government also fired top executives at four major banks Thursday, according to The Herald, a state-owned newspaper. Many anxious residents of the nation's capital, Harare, have been sleeping outside banks, waiting for them to open so they can make withdrawals before the institutions run out of cash.

U.S.A. -- Microsoft's HealthVault, the medical records database, is to be integrated with VeriMed's human-embedded RFID tags, allowing doctors to access the medical records of unconscious patients with a quick scan of the arm. VeriMed consists of an RFID tag that is embedded in the arm of a hopefully willing participant, and responds with a 16-digital identity code when queried at 134KHz. This code can then be used to identify the person through VeriChip's website, and will soon be able to link to their medical records as stored on Microsoft's HealthVault system.

(Dec 04 2008) - Swat Team conducts food raid in rural Ohio :
OHIO, LaGrange -- On Monday, December 1, a SWAT team with semi-automatic rifles entered the private home of the Stowers family in LaGrange, Ohio, herded the family onto the couches in the living room, and kept guns trained on parents, children, infants and toddlers, from approximately 11 AM to 8 PM. The team was aggressive and belligerent. The children were quite traumatized. At some point, the “bad cop” SWAT team was relieved by another team, a “good cop” team that tried to befriend the family. The Stowers family has run a very large, well-known food cooperative called Manna Storehouse on the western side of the greater Cleveland area for many years.

(Dec 03 2008) - Planned Parenthood offering gift certificates ??? :
INDIANA -- {Anti-abortion groups condemn their sale} What do you get the person who has everything—except adequate health insurance? If you live in Indiana, consider this offering from the state's Planned Parenthood affiliate: gift certificates in $25 increments. The vouchers, available online and at 35 clinics statewide, can be used for health services or contraceptives. And yes, they can be used to pay for abortions. Betty Cockrum, president and CEO of Planned Parenthood of Indiana, characterizes the response to the gift certificates as "pretty robust, and generally very favorable." She estimates that "about a dozen" certificates have sold since they became available Nov. 25.

(Dec 03 2008) - Milwaukee neighborhoods could print own money :
MILWAUKEE -- 2 neighborhoods consider printing own currency for exclusive use in local stores. They may be talking funny money, but it's not funny business. Residents from the Milwaukee neighborhoods of Riverwest and East Side are scheduled to meet Wednesday to discuss printing their own money. The idea is that the local cash could be used at neighborhood stores and businesses, thus encouraging local spending. The result, supporters hope, would be a bustling local economy, even as the rest of the nation deals with a recession.

(Nov 30 2008) - America's Underground Government is Ready - Are You ?
PORTERVILLE, CA -- Ever since Congress held it's last "SECRET SESSION" it became extremely appearant that they were informed to get ready for a stock market crash, some civil unrest and possibly martial law. However, they never came back to their areas they represented and told the American people to prepare. The only told us to BAIL OUT their billionaire buddies as the corporate media provided cover. Please ... get your house in order !!! Make your Peace with GOD and get to know your neighbors. There's not much time left.

(Nov 30 2008) - Evidence suggests CIA funded experiments at state hospital :
VERMONT, Rutland -- Few people in Vermont remember Dr. Robert W. Hyde, but one of his former patients can’t forget him. The doctor was involved in one of the nation’s darkest chapters in medical science: In the 1950s, Hyde conducted drug and psychological experiments at a Boston hospital through funding that apparently originated with the CIA. Later, he became director of research at the Vermont State Hospital. The patient, Karen Wetmore, is convinced that Hyde and other researchers subjected her and possibly other patients to experiments paid for by the CIA at the Waterbury facility.

(Nov 26 2008) - Gates: Active force, reserves must integrate :
U.S.A. (Air Force Times) -- Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates took a giant step Monday toward more tightly blending the active-duty military and reserve components into an “integrated total force,” calling for wide-ranging personnel policy changes, codifying the reserves’ homeland defense role and adequately funding oft-overlooked reserve equipment requirements. In a Monday memo {PDF} sent to every senior uniformed and civilian Pentagon leader and copied to three other cabinet secretaries, Gates directed the development of a new Total Force Integration Policy that recognizes the “cultural divide that exists” between the active and reserve components. “All vestiges of the cultural prejudice” that remain in law “should be removed” by Congress, he wrote.

(Nov 25 2008) - Here's the new 911 Movie : FABLED ENEMIES :
PORTERVILLE, CA -- It just won't go away - all this 911 stuff. False flags ? Yeap, and a few more hitches in this never-ending-story. Will the 911 investigators eventually provide the proof that the silent media will be forced to present ? Of course, but that's another dog in another dog race. Getting at the truth is one thing, convincing the masses to respond is another. And without the help of the major media, most, if not all, will not even bother to respond. The major media's job is to conceal the truth, and they get paid quite well for this task. In the mean time, consider this new video as part of the truth process.

(Nov 25 2008) - Vigilant Shield 09: A Cover for Illegal Domestic Operations ? :
U.S.A. (Dissident Voice) -- On November 17, U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) concluded Vigilant Shield 09 (VS09), described in a press release as a training exercise focused on “homeland defense and civil support.” Launched by President Bush in 2002 in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, NORTHCOM has been mired in controversy since its creation. Among its more dubious accomplishments were illegal domestic spying operations in conjunction with the Pentagon’s shadowy Counter Intelligence Field Activity unit (CIFA) that targeted antiwar activists. Despite CIFA’s shut-down and the alleged dismantling of its TALON database (now incorporated into the FBI’s Guardian Threat Tracking System), SourceWatch revealed that “in accordance with intelligence oversight requirements, the DoD will maintain a record copy of the collected data.” One can’t help but wonder whether that “record copy” of TALON somehow migrated into a NORTHCOM database.

WASH D.C. The U.S. Air Force had no comment, but Space News reported on Monday that the Pentagon's chief weapons buyer John Young has signed a memorandum asking Congress to provide $117 million in funding in fiscal 2009 for a new satellite to hedge against a potential gap in satellite coverage around 2014.

(Nov 19 2008) - IBM gets DARPA cognitive computing contract :
WASH D.C. -- IBM and five university partners have been awarded a DARPA contract to work on a cognitive computing project that will, essentially, attempt to simulate the brain's power and efficiency. According to Dharmendra Modha, the manager of IBM's cognitive computing initiative, the idea is for him and his team to try to re-create the brain's perception, cognitive, sensation, interaction, and action abilities, while also simulating its efficient size and low-power consumption. "The mind has an uncanny ability to integrate information from a variety of sensors, such as sight, hearing, touch, smell and can create categories of time, space and interrelationships effortlessly," said Modha. "There are no computers that can even remotely approach the capabilities of the mind. The mind arises from the wetware of the brain."

(Nov 14 2008) - Change in intelligence ??? :
WASH D.C. (Baltimore Sun) —- President-elect Barack Obama is sending conflicting signals on whether he intends to change the bankrupt culture of Washington's intelligence community and to introduce genuine reform to the Central Intelligence Agency. He appears to be ready to remove the top two intelligence officials, Director of National Intelligence Mike McConnell and CIA Director Michael V. Hayden - both retired general officers - which suggests Mr. Obama recognizes the need to change the military culture of the intelligence community. But he also has placed the intelligence transition process in the hands of two senior cronies of former CIA Director George J. Tenet: John O. Brennan and Jami A. Miscik, who were actively engaged in implementing and defending the CIA's corrupt activities during the Bush presidency.

Their weapons and Humvee were returned to them.

(Oct 30 2008) - Air Force: Nuke missile silo fire went undetected :
DENVER (AP) -- A fire caused $1 million worth of damage at an unmanned underground nuclear launch site last spring, but the Air Force didn't find out about it until five days later, an Air Force official said Thursday. The May 23 fire burned itself out after an hour or two, and multiple safety systems prevented any threat of an accidental launch of the Minuteman III missile, Maj. Laurie Arellano said. She said she was not allowed to say whether the missile was armed with a nuclear warhead at the time of the fire. Arellano said the Air Force didn't know a fire had occurred until May 28, when a repair crew went to the launch site—about 40 miles east of Cheyenne, Wyo., and 100 miles northeast of Denver—because a trouble signal indicated a wiring problem.

(Oct 22 2008) - U.S. pilot was ordered to shoot down UFO :
LONDON (Reuters) -- Two U.S. fighter planes were scrambled and ordered to shoot down an unidentified flying object (UFO) over the English countryside during the Cold War, according to secret files made public on Monday. The pilot, Milton Torres, now 77 and living in Miami, said it spent periods motionless in the sky before reaching estimated speeds of more than 7,600 mph.

(Oct 21 2008) - Big Brother: Radio frequency (RF) "Geolocation" of "Opponents" of the New World Order : (GlobalResearch.ca) -- By Tom Burghardt : In the 1998 Coen brothers cult film The Big Lebowski, southern California slacker Jeffrey Lebowski aka "The Dude," bemoans the desecration of his living room rug by criminals out to collect a debt in a hilariously absurd case of mistaken identity. After the thugs urinate on his prized possession, The Dude is crestfallen because that rug "really tied the room together." Fast forward to 2008, only there's no mistaking either the identities or what's being "tied together" here. DARPA's Information Processing Techniques Office (IPTO) is seeking solicitations for "Project Gandalf," according to an October 7 "Industry Day" announcement on the Federal Business Opportunities website.

LAKE PLACID -- Powerful generals and admirals from five of the most powerful nations on Earth met this weekend at the Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid after flying into the Adirondack Regional Airport in Lake Clear on Friday. Among the passengers of a large Boeing 757 airplane with "United States of America" printed on its fuselage were top members of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff and their counterparts from France, Germany and another country, possibly Great Britain, according to Barry DeFuria, a town of Harrietstown councilman and Airport Committee member who was there when the plane landed. A top military delegation from Italy flew in on a separate Falcon airplane, DeFuria said.

(Oct 18 2008) - And now the Manchurian microchip :
U.S.A. -- The geniuses at Homeland Security who brought you hare-brained procedures at airports (which inconvenience travelers without snagging terrorists) have decreed that October is National Cyber Security Awareness Month. This means The Investigator -- at the risk of compromising national insecurities -- would be remiss not to make you aware of the hottest topic in U.S. counterintelligence circles: rogue microchips. This threat emanates from China (PRC) -- and it is hugely significant. The myth: Chinese intelligence services have concealed a microchip in every computer everywhere, programmed to "call home" if and when activated.

(Oct 05 2008) - Ceding the Kingdom back to the King :
HAWAII -- The US Supreme Court announced today that they have accepted the writ of certiorari filed by the State of Hawaii seeking to reverse the Hawaii State Supreme Court’s decision of January 31, 2008, that curtails the State’s ability to sell or otherwise dispense, what is commonly referred to as “the Ceded Lands.” The acceptance of the “cert” means that the US Supreme Court will review the submitted arguments and render its decision. The State of Hawaii is counting on a favorable ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court. At stake is the very survival of the 50th State of the union.

(Oct 05 2008) - SAVING THE SAVINGS - FOR WHO ? :
PORTERVILLE, CA -- For the sake of NATIONAL SECURITY ... we must do these things - like keeping secrets from the rational, responsible public and letting them know only when the time is right. And that's how it's been with most, if not all governments. They use as a ruze this method of governing, saying ... "to protect it's {corporate} citizens we must keep these NATIONAL SECRETS for a period of time" and then we will disclose or declassify information regarding those secrets ... to ensure {saves} the viability and stability of government, before it saves John-Q-Public. Well, I'm not buying that and neither should you !

Delray Beach, FL -- Stock drops from $9.00 to fifty cents a share : VeriChip Corporation, the company known as the creator of the first implantable microchip identification device which people have implanted in their hands or arms in order to identify them wherever they go, has been targeted by a national privacy watchdog organization with hopes of putting them out of business. "VeriChip's stock is down to less than fifty cents a share. A year ago it was over nine dollars, and hopefully in a few months it will be worth less than toilet paper," explains Mark Dice, spokesperson for The Resistance, a privacy watchdog group based in San Diego.

(Sept 17 2008) - Homeland Security unprepared for cyberthreats :
WASH D.C. -- When politicians got together six years ago and decided to glue together a medley of federal agencies to create the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, one of the justifications was a better focus on cybersecurity. "The department will gather and focus all our efforts to face the challenge of cyberterrorism," President Bush said when signing the 500-or-so-page bill into law in November 2002. "This department will be charged with encouraging research on new technologies that can detect these threats in time to prevent an attack." That was then. Now, Homeland Security is weathering a deluge of criticism of its lackluster cybersecurity efforts on grounds that they have proven to be inefficient, bureaucratic, and not even able to do a decent job of monitoring federal computer networks.

(Sept 15 2008) - The Army's Totally Serious Mind-Control Project :
U.S.A (Yahoo News) -- Soldiers barking orders at each other is so 20th Century. That's why the U.S. Army has just awarded a $4 million contract to begin developing "thought helmets" that would harness silent brain waves for secure communication among troops. Ultimately, the Army hopes the project will "lead to direct mental control of military systems by thought alone." If this sounds insane, it would have been as recently as a few years ago. But improvements in computing power and a better understanding of how the brain works have scientists busy hunting for the distinctive neural fingerprints that flash through a brain when a person is talking to himself. The Army's initial goal is to capture those brain waves with incredibly sophisticated software that then translates the waves into audible radio messages for other troops in the field. "It'd be radio without a microphone, "

U.S.A. (ArmyTimes.com) -- The 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys. Gray Davis, a Democrat.

(Aug 29 2008) - TIME TO CAST OFF COMCAST
PORTERVILLE, CA. -- Back in July the Post was off line for about a week and what our ISP discovered, along with millions of other internet users that Comcast was blocking the flow of internet traffic longer than what was accepted by the FCC - of which they were fined for this abuse. What we don't know is this. Have other big internet service providers shut or slowed down their internet traffic like Comcast and is this a common practice amongst the big ISP's. As important -- What was their real gain in this finable action ? And, how can the public find out who's shutting or slowing down internet traffic ? Unless the FCC discloses who their investigating, we can't even calculate time off the internet unless we purchase software that monitors the internet for shutdowns and slowdowns.

(Aug 16 2008) - San Fran Preparing for an urban WMD attack
SAN FRANCISCO -- "Weapons of mass destruction multi-agency exercise." If I've ever covered an event with a more stark title, I can't think of it. But there I was Saturday morning, along with several hundred firefighters, police officers, Army National Guard personnel, and members of other local, state, and federal agencies for a large-scale exercise designed to help train all these emergency responders how to deal with a major terrorist attack involving suspected chemical weapons or other bio-hazards. As a bulletin announcing the exercise put it, the goal was for the agencies' personnel to "identify the emergency and work as one large team to protect and save lives and mitigate the hazards." Practically speaking, this was quite the undertaking. Upon arriving in the middle of San Francisco's usually crowded financial district, I encountered no traffic, but a wide variety of emergency vehicles and dozens upon dozens of people in almost every official uniform you can imagine.

(Aug 06 2008) - OPEN LETTER REGARDING : THE FBI's BOGUS ANTHRAX INQUIRY
U.S.A. -- Dear Sen. Daschle : My name is Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz. I have been a leading anthrax mailings investigator, whistleblower, and at one point an FBI suspect in this bioterrorist attack that included an attempt on your life. If you Google search "Horowitz Anthrax Mailing" you will find thousands of posted articles I sourced exposing this serial homicide and resulting iatrogenocide. This word avers the mass killing and poisoning of people with CIPRO and anthrax vaccines stockpiled and prescribed as a result of this bioterrorist attack and misdirected FBI investigation.

(Aug 03 2008) - Local Town Used to MINOT AFB Making Mistakes ???
BISMARCK, N.D. -- Folks in Bismark, it would seem, have long given up on the Military making mistakes - this article aludes. They have become so complacent it makes one wonder, why don't they care ? Here in their own town you'd expect some type of protest and yet the folks are basically silent, saying ... "As long as it {ICBM rocket booster} ain't going off, we're OK, and if it did, it wouldn't matter anyway." As far as the Post is concerned, this is unacceptable and Congress needs to halt all transporting of any type of munitions until an investigation is conducted. In the last few months, Minot Air Force base has made way too many "Mistakes" and the spooks are getting caught. Here's another take on the mistake.

(Aug 02 2008) - Airports could seize laptop, iPods and mobiles in new anti-terror measure
DAILY MAIL -- Travellers to the U.S. could have their laptops and other electronic devices seized at the airport under new anti-terror measures. Federal agents have been granted powers to take such devices and hold them as long as they like. They do not even need grounds to suspect wrongdoing. The Department of Homeland Security said the policies applied to anyone entering the country by land, sea or air, including U.S. citizens. The extent of the new powers, which have been secretly in place for some time, was revealed yesterday in the Washington Post. They cover hard drives, flash drives, mobile phones, iPods, pagers, beepers, and video and audio tapes, as well as books, pamphlets and other written materials ...

(Jul 31 2008) - Minot AFB Clandestine Nukes 'Oddities'
By Lori Price, www.legitgov.org : The following was compiled by 'The Pundit.' Since the Minot story broke a week ago about the missing nukeclandestine operation from Minot, we have the following :
1. All six people listed below are from Minot Airforce base
2. All were directly involved as loaders or as pilots
3. All are now dead
4. All within the last 7 days in 'accidents'
Silly me, seeing more than there is to this story. I guess this is just another coincidence. But no doubt now that there will be more coincidences in the near future because as I have stated before, you need about fourteen signatures to get an armed nuke onto a B-52, and they may have told their wives and friends. "The Pundit"

(Jul 27 2008) - Hosed at the gas pump -- by your debit card
MSN Money By Christopher Solomon -- If you ever use your debit card to pay at the pump, watch out: Did you know that every time you top off the tank, a chunk of your checking account can be blocked -- sometimes for days, with the potential to cause you all sorts of financial headaches and bounced checks? That's what happened to Jessica Hathaway, a state employee from Allentown, Pa. Earlier this year Hathaway stopped during her commute to fill up her car at Rauch's Mini Mart. She bought $22.29 worth of gas using her debit card.

(Jul 19 2008) - BIG BROTHER SERVEILLANCE FORM FROM COX CABLE
USA - Today as I was watching them watch us, I came across this "Lawful Intercept Worksheet" from COX Communications, Inc. I understand it's their standard form asking special "Big-Brother" agents to fill out before services are rendered. Now ... what I found interesting about this request form is that COX Communications states, "COX reserves the right to require payment in advance, to withhold deliverery of information until payment is received and to seek enforcement of charges." Don't you just love the media ? Just wait until digital T.V. get's fully hooked up - Big Brother won't need any more forms to fill out. Wake Up People !

(Jul 11 2008) - THE FINAL GLOBALIZATION OF U.S. BANKING SYSTEM
UNITED STATES - We live in a globalized world—a world without barriers or borders, which means every aspect of our economic structure has to change. A private corporation, we call the Federal Reserve, controls the majority of our monetary system. To understand the new set of powers being advanced by the U.S. Treasury Department to the Federal Reserve, we first must recognize that the Federal Reserve Act passed in 1913 never gave them (the Feds) total power over our economy.

(Jul 11 2008) - U.N. SCHEME TO MAKE CHRISTIANS CRIMINALS
UNITED NATIONS - Dozens of nations dominated by Islam are pressing the United Nations to adopt an anti-"defamation" plan that would make Christians criminals under international law, according to a United States organization that has launched a campaign to defend freedom of religion worldwide. "Around the world, Christians are being increasingly targeted, and even persecuted, for their religious beliefs. Now, one of the largest organizations in the United Nations is pushing to make a bad situation even worse by promoting anti-Christian bigotry," the American Center for Law & Justice {web} said yesterday in announcing its petition drive.

(Jul 11 2008) - WAS THE POST OFF-LINE BECAUSE OF COMCAST ?
PORTERVILLE - Last week the Porterville Post was off line for about a week and our internet service provider and web host had both confirmed there were routing problems but neither could put their finger on what or who was the culprit. Increasing the confusion, all agreed - after pinging / tracert from the internal cmd promps - that some could see the Post and others couldn't. What or who was disconnecting the internet ? And for some unknown reason and without any explination from anyone ... it all kinda cleared up. Or was it all cleaned up because of the preasure that put on the FCC because of Comcast's tom-foolery ?

(Jul 10 2008) - Power brokers due at Bohemian Grove
SONOMA COUNTY - Legions of summer camp-goers spreading out around Sonoma County will be joined this weekend by some of the nation’s most powerful campers as the annual two-week encampment at the Bohemian Grove opens Friday night. The super-secret Bohemian Club and its guests meet each summer in the 2,700-acre Monte Rio grove for what they say is fellowship and good-natured high-jinx — a break from the grueling grind of leadership. But critics, who until recent years mounted protests outside its gates, say the gatherings serve as strategy sessions for a New World Order operating outside democratic institutions.

(Jun 15 2008) - IS OKLAHOMA ON THEIR WAY OUT ?
UNITED STATES - Has Oklahoma started the process of reclaiming sovereignty ? Are they really moving forward to secede from the Nation ? At this point in time all "voting actions" by the Oklahoma Legislature appear that they are quitely moving away from the harness and harrassment of a hostile federal government. Below is a re-print of the JOINT RESOLUTION. We will be keeping track of this important issue.

(May 21 2008) - As America Collapses US Government Secret Plans Revealed
WASH D.C. - On March 13th 2008 there was a secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington. In the history of The United States this is only the fourth time a secret meeting was held by the house. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed.

(May 12 2008) - Voter ID Battle Shifts to Proof of Citizenship
MISSOURI - by IAN URBINA from New York Times : The battle over voting rights will expand this week as lawmakers in Missouri are expected to support a proposed constitutional amendment to enable election officials to require proof of citizenship from anyone registering to vote. The measure would allow far more rigorous demands than the voter ID requirement recently upheld by the Supreme Court, in which voters had to prove their identity with a government-issued card. Sponsors of the amendment — which requires the approval of voters to go into effect, possibly in an August referendum — say it is part of an effort to prevent illegal immigrants from affecting the political process. Critics say the measure could lead to the disenfranchisement of tens of thousands of legal residents who would find it difficult to prove their citizenship.

(Feb 21 2008) - Are Arizona firefighters trained for UFO, alien contact ?
PHOENIX - For centuries people have looked to the skies for answers. Is there life outside our solar system? Have UFO's visited our planet? Because our sun is a star, does that mean the thousands of stars visible in the night sky could be someone else's sun? The questions, and the universe, are endless. Events like the March 1997 mass-sighting of strange night lights above the Valley, popularly dubbed "Phoenix Lights", have generated questions and turned skeptics into believers. A 600-page guide may lend credibility to UFO believers. The Fire Officer's Guide To Disaster Control can apparently be found in firehouses across the United States.
